As a long-time employee at Rhein-Nahe Touristik, Elke Eberhard was a very conscientious, reliable, and competent colleague. She grew into a leadership role at the office and managed the internal processes of staff scheduling, purchasing, and organizing guided tours with great care. She was very dedicated and solution-oriented in her work. Visitors to our office appreciated both her friendly manner and the occasional tourist tip she shared as a local. Throughout her career, she regularly pursued continuing education and, together with her colleague Christian Kuhn, carried out the classification of vacation rentals in the Rhein-Nahe municipal association.

Sabine Pilger works part-time on a “minijob” basis at Rhein-Nahe Touristik. She works in visitor services and is responsible for handling postal and online communications (email, website, social media) at the tourist information office. In addition, she manages the Deskline database and provides support to service providers in its use. For regional events, she plays a key role on the Rhein-Nahe Touristik organizational team, actively contributing her expertise and ideas.

Congratulatory remarks and words of thanks were also offered by Jens Hessel, the office manager, and Anna Stauer, the vice chair of the staff council.
