During the recertification as a DTV vacation apartment, which was due after three years, the apartment managed by Thea Feldhege was able to confirm its 3-star standard with a very good score. In addition to the attractive location of the apartment in the historic old town, the furnishings of the apartment also enable guests to enjoy a stay with a high level of comfort and quality. Since the successful recertification in 2021, Ms. Feldhege has once again improved her services for guests. The classification criteria are confirmed by a

expert panel consisting of licensed DTV inspectors is revised every three years. Since January 1, 2022, new criteria have come into force, which are valid until the end of 2024.
