Oberdiebach is in a quiet valley off the romantic
Middle Rhine valley, and was first documented
in 893. Riesling grapes have been
grown on the vine-covered slopes in and around
Oberdiebach for more than half a
millenium. Hikers looking for a spot of relaxation
can enjoy the marvellous views that unfold along the
well-signposted hiking trails.
The most wellknown wine-growing slopes are "Fürstenberg" and "Bischofshub":
Well-kept, quiet restaurants and
hotels invite visitors to spend some time there.
